What Are Rights?
All human beings, regardless of their nationality,religion,caste,sex,age,language etc. are entitled to equal human rights without discrimination. Having rights mean everyone deserves to be respected and treated fairly.
What Are Responsibilities?
Responsibilities are things what we do as a member of a household, office, society etc. We have a responsibility towards ourselves and a responsibilities like responsibility to know your rights and protect them.
Do Women And Men Have Different Rights?
Did Allah create men and women differently? No. Therefore, all human being, both women and men, have the equal rights according to Quran and Sunnah.
Who Is Responsible For Protecting Our Rights?
Our religion and the law country is responsible for protecting our rights. However, the responsibilities to protect our rights also lies with us. We will not get our rights if we do not demand them.
What Is Violence?
Violation of basic or fundamental human rights is violence.
What Is Violence Against Women?
Violence against women is violation of women rights. It include physical, Psychological and sexual violence. When girls are not allowed to study, Work or to choose their life partner, when they are ill-treated at home, Sexually harassed on the roads, in the public transport, in their offices and educational these are all different forms of violence against women.
Is Women Rights A Concept Against Islam?
Not art all. Islam is the only religion the gives equal importance to both men and women. These is no religion in the world that is more gender sensitive than islam.
What Was The First Declaration Of Human Rights?
Last sermon of our holy prophet (S.A.W) has been recorded in the history as the first declaration of human rights. He talked about equal rights of human beings emphasizing the rights of women.
Why Are There International Conventions And Treaties On Human Rights.
International convention and treaties try to protect the rights of the people if the states fail to protect their people.

There are many conventions for protecting women rights the most relevant are:
- The convention on the elimination of All forms of discrimination Against Women (CED AW)
- The universal declaration of human rights(UDHR)
- Beijing`s platform for action and declaration on the elimination of violence against Women.
Why Are We Talking OF Women Rights?
Women rights are violated at all levels varying from family to community and even at state level. A country where women rights are not protected cannot develop or progress because it is neglecting a major part of its productive population. We as Muslims are followers of prophet Muhammad (S.A.W) who was always kind to his daughters and wives and showed respect to other women. He was a great supporter of women rights and there are many Mustanad Hadiths that protect women rights.
